13th May, Monday, 7 p.m., Balassi Institute

May will present a curated program of shorts from the most renowned Budapest short film festival. BUSHO or Budapest Short Film Festival has been around since 2004 and was established from sole necessity since there's been a lack of proper festival dedicated to the short form. It rapidly grew into one of the most important short film festivals in the region. BUSHO's focus is Middle and Eastern Europe's short film production and recognizing and presenting young and emerging authors. The program will bring the best of recent Hungarian shorts to Ljubljana!

The films will be screened in in Hungarian with English subtitles.
