Emil Spányi & David Gazarov piano duet

Emil Spányi Hungarian pianist, composer and sound designer, who lives in Paris and teaches at the Paris and Lausanne Music Conservatories, comes to Kranj to play with the Armenian örmény David Gazarov pianist. He started his studies at the Ferenc Liszt Academy of Music, then he attended the University of Music and Performing Arts in Graz and Paris National Conservatory of Music and Dance. During his career so far he has performed with famous musicians, such as Phillip Catherine, Ray Brown, Ed Thigpen, Bob Berg, Randy Brecker,  Mark Murphy, Stafford James, Gene Jackson, Don Alias, Clark Terry, Daniel Humair, Hal Singer, Niels-Henning Oersted Pedersen, Francois Jeanneau, Nguyen Lê, Niels Lan Doky, Gino Vannelli or Dave Sanborn.


Concert - Adam Klemm Banda

The Adam Klemm Banda  is playing in diverse groups since 1999. In this period they have performed on famous festivals and in jazz clubs around Europe. The ensemble plays Adam Klemm’s compositions, which are based on the 50s and 60s jazz music, with the influence of modern and classical music. He has released his first album “Hot Coolen” in autumn 2007. Since 2006, Adam Klemm Banda has been performing as a quintet.
